During the manufacturing process of these block pallets, we use blocks of solid wood, plywood, or plastic to support the unit load. Usually, block pallets use 4 to 12 blocks to support the top deck boards.There are typically nine blocks in a block pallet, with a solid wood block placed in each of the four corners, in the centre of each side of the pallet, and in the centre of the pallet itself to support the unit load.
Offered range of wooden block pallets are also known as a “four-way” pallet because the tines of a pallet jack or forklift can access and lift it from all four sides of the pallet. Block pallets can be designed with or without bottom deckboards.
